效仿国外没问题，但别选择性效仿。国外站着吃饭确实有，但人家下午有coffee break、有弹性工时、带薪年假三四周。你把人家效率高的那套学来了，福利那一套全砍了，这叫学了吗？本质是用'国际化'包装成本压缩。员工连坐下来好好吃顿饭的权利都没有，这样的企业文化走不远。
